This is our media pitch presentation for the film. We received allot of positive feedback during the presentation and the overall story and idea of the film was well received. the more negative feedback and suggestions we received were noticed and were used when creating the main film to tailor it around the target audience. the pitch presentation was very useful as the feedback we received allowed us to edit certain areas of our film and to change parts which the audience did not like.

Media Language Essay
Smashed Analysis
This essay focuses on the short film The Insane. The essay is an analysis of the film and the techniques and methods used in the film. i was asked ot write this essay to look at hte conventions of a short horror film and how i could use them in my own film. I recived a C grade for the essay and this hilighted my strenghts in essay writing and also my weaknesses so i was able to build on the feedback i recived. Writing the essay has improved my knowledge of film and genre conventions and has prepared me for creating my own film as it has given me inspiration.
